A LITTLE LESS TO THINK ABOUT

Park. Remember.
Pass it on.

Parking and departure detection are automatic by default. Set up permissions, then let ParkSpoting help hands-free—or opt out and use manual controls.

01 / ARRIVE

Your spot, remembered.

ParkSpoting automatically detects parking and saves your car’s location with the required permissions. Prefer manual control? Turn off automatic detection and tap Park Here to save your spot.

02 / RETURN

Skip the guessing.

Open My Car to see where you parked and get directions back. Add a private note, garage details, or photo for the things a map can’t tell you.

03 / LEAVE

Help someone next.

ParkSpoting automatically detects when you leave. With community sharing enabled, it can share an availability report according to your settings. You can opt out of automatic sharing and use manual controls instead.

YOUR CAR. YOUR INFORMATION.

Helpful to the community.
Personal to you.

GOOD TO KNOW

Before you hit
the road.

Is a reported parking spot guaranteed?

No. Community reports indicate possible availability and can change quickly. Always check the space, signs, and local parking restrictions.

How does automatic detection work?

Automatic detection is the default. ParkSpoting uses location and activity signals to help detect parking and departure. Background detection depends on permissions, device settings, and operating-system conditions. You can opt out in settings and use manual controls, including Park Here to save a spot yourself.

Do I need to use the app while driving?

No interaction is required while driving. Set up your preferences before a trip and use the app only when it is safe to do so.
